Oman–Iran medical tourism
Building a practical service and licensed-provider pathway for treatment journeys from Oman to Iran.
The project was delivered for The On Wish for Trad between October and December 2024, focusing on a reliable pathway between the traveller, the Omani company, and licensed medical providers.
KARO treated travel, partner coordination, and the case journey as one chain so responsibilities and sensitive points remained clear.
